Outstanding Service and Value - 100% satisfaction. I've been taking my 2004 VW R32 to Upstate Imports In Baldwinsville since I bought it back in 2011, and have never had a bad experience. Jeff, Justin and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and always go the extra mile to make sure the job is done correctly and completely.

Upstate Imports has done all the work on my car for the past 7 years, from regular oil changes to a complete engine rebuild about 5 years ago (as well as countless other repairs and maintenance - awd system, brakes, etc.), and 150,000 miles later the car still pulls hard and is a blast to drive.

This is the best money I've ever spent, and I'm sure my car wouldn't have lasted like it has and still be on the road (223,000 miles now) without Jeff and the team at Upstate Imports. If you care about your car like I do then its well worth the trip out to Upstate.
