I bought a 2004 VW Jetta from Brett and Synthia last summer. It was a really nice and clean car with low mileage and it was the right price. The car was in good shape, and they made sure that it had all the service it needed before it left. I originally bought it for my son and the car ran and drove so beautiful I decided to keep it and make my son drive my 2014 Hyundai. I would recommend motorhead to anyone.

When vehicle was purchased we found many problems after leaving the lot. Returned the vehicle as instructed, it took 3 months before the vehicle was fixed, (NY State has a 3 month lemon law policy) the problems still remained, no heat, no defrost in NY winter conditions. Called them back, they saw my number never returned phone call. I took my vehicle to Volkswagen dealership, they replaced entire heater core. Returned to Motor Head told them about it, owner said he would help me out on the cost, and he would call me and let me know when and how, still waiting on that call, it's been over 2 months ago, winter is almost over. I would never buy another vehicle from Motor Head of Watertown NY, worst personal service ever, I'm a Military Service Veteran.

Tim purchased a $3000 vehicle which was over 100k miles and more than 10 years old. According to NYS law, there is a 30 day period where we are required to repair major items on a vehicle of this age and mileage. He did, however, have a few problems after he left the lot. When he alerted us to those problems we were happy to take care of him. Repairs including replacing the timing belt, flushing the heater core, and repairing some other odds and ends that didn't qualify for warranty repair. After he left with a car which was running fine and blowing heat, several weeks later he called on a Sunday (we are not open on Sunday) and left no message. We didn't hear from Tim again for about a month and a half when he walked into the shop and told me that he spent nearly $2000 at a local VW dealership on a problem we would have absolutely addressed because we were already under the belief that we had. Yes, I did tell him I would consider helping out, but after some consideration, I figured since he couldn't pick up a phone and address this like an adult, I would elect to opt out and settle for a negative review just like this one. I'm happy to see that Tim wouldn't ever buy another vehicle from motorhead in Watertown, NY because I would never want to sell him another one.
