    Brought my 2015 VW GTI in for a coolant leak. They installed the wrong water pump. I still had a leak and made an appointment to bring it in and they weren't there when I showed up for my appointment.

    I then took my car to the VW dealership in Tallahassee and that's when they discovered the wrong pump was installed and they also used the wrong coolant.

    I asked German Import Service for a refund for labor and the cost of the wrong pump tgat waa installed and he refused.

    I would highly recommend not using German Import Service. Small claims court....here I come.
