Auto Pro To Call has great people working there, but they are not VW specialists. I asked them what it would cost to replace the timing chains on my 2000 GTI VR6 (it's a beast of a job, thanks to VW's inexplicable engineering choices), and they said that because the job is so complex and requires special tools, they would not even take it on. I have had great experiences with them for a Toyota Corolla, and their customer service is wonderful, but I would not recommend them for VW-specific work.
