  • I have come to Little Germany for over 40 years because it provides professional and friendly service that you can count on. The new service manager, Chris Bawgus is a worthy successor to David Lansing. He is more than just a service manager, but a friend whom I can depend upon for advice and assistance with my any BMW problems that I may have. Great service and fair prices keep me coming back.

My wife and I have been going to "Little Germany" since well before our warranty was over, thanks to the awful service at Chapman's. When we call with a problem, it's always "bring it right in." We have never had a single problem, with any repairs they have done, because they know what they are doing and use nothing but the best quality parts available. You get what you pay for and they are worth it. It's worry free driving. I'm at 180,000 miles and it drives like it was brand new, and I have to say it's because of "Little Germany" Thanks guys!
